Track 8 - "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"
Near the end of the year, I wrote a style analysis essay on the speech "Professions for Women" by Virginia Woolf. It recieved a 9 out of 9 on the AP scale. Here is a link to it.

The construction of this essay fulfilled the following Arkansas English Language Arts Standards:
Students shall demonstrate effective oral communication skills to express ideas and to present information. (S.1) During class we met in a group of four to discuss this speech and share our thoughts on it.Students shall demonstrate effective listening skills in formal and informal settings to facilitate communication. (S.2) I had to use listening skills in order to gain anything out of our "group meetings" discussing the text.Students shall demonstrate knowledge and understanding of media as a mode of communication. (S.3) My essay was communicated on paper and on my blog, as well as used in this ePortfolio for AP English Language and Composition and in a physical portfolio for Introduction to Medical Professions class."If you do not tell the truth about yourself you cannot tell it about other people."
